The girls were a little nervous to get into the pumkin guts at first but they loved it by the end.  From left to right pumpkins:  Lydia, Mom, Dad, and Penny( made by Lydia). 

A few weeks ago our family went on a little vacation.  I found some coupons on groupon for a SLC connect pass. With the pass we went to Thanksgiving Point, Tracy Aviary, Childrens Discovery Museum, Hansen Planetarium, and the Zoo.  Highlights of the trip for me were

- Lydia acting out Little Red Riding hood and getting terrified by Autumn.

- Watching my dad explore the museums lol.

- The Tracy Aviary (my favorite part of the trip)

- Watching Penny try to do everything like the big kids.

- Penny hugging everyone at the zoo.

- Autumns losing her arm in the picture above.

- And just getting away.

Penny has the hardest time waking up.  I think she gets it from me.  So lately we have just hung out in her room for a bit until she is a little less grumpy.  I know that she still has a binky in this picture, we are working on her only having it at nap time, bed time, and when she is in her rocking chair.  I am such a softy these days.

Both of them look and smiled this never happens!  Its because Taylor was standing right behind me these girls love there dad.

We took Lydia on a date to see Little Mermaid at Tuachan.  She love it and we did too.  They did a great job with the play.  She was so excited to meet all the characters afterwards.

Lydia is growing up so fast.  She amazes me each day with the new stuff she has learned.  She is now able to go all the way across the monkey bars.  Just this week she tried out a new tactic on me to get me to let her do something.  I had told her she couldn't go outside until I was able to come.  She responded if you don't let me go outside I won't let you go shopping. I don't think I like this grown up side of Lydia as much but hopefully it's just a stage:)

Penny has been such a snuggle bug lately.
